G&M Radiator has successfully manufactured 3 metre long 5mm steel tanks, using its newly installed Trumpf brake press machine. This in-house production milestone enhances the company’s ability to produce custom-built tanks more efficiently, reducing reliance on external suppliers. The new machine boosts speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring faster turnaround times for clients in industries like energy and off-shore oil and gas exploration. As you can see, the original tanks are showing the corrosion that will occur when exposed to such harsh operating environments.
